About Kobriger Presents, LLC

Annette M. Kobriger is president of Kobriger Presents, LLC, a training and management consulting company based in Chilton, Wisconsin.

She has received her degree in Food Service Management, with an option in Hospital Dietetics from the Pennsylvania State University, followed by a dietetic internship at St. Paul-Ramsey Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Annette completed a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri.

Annette has over 35 years of active experience as a registered dietitian in a variety of settings: public health, prenatal care, education and long-term care. She has demonstrated leadership in all these areas through publications, seminars, and program development. While at the Missouri Department of Health, Annette created a network for over 700 health care providers for nutrition education and training. She has appeared on television and radio. Her popular seminar presentations include topics on Preventing Weight Loss in the Elderly, Dehydration, and others. She is the author of several books relating to nutrition and hydration in long-term care. In her career, Annette has taught in three Dietetics programs. She has taught the Dietary Managers Course.

Other seminar topics include, “Defensive Dietetics,” “Laboratory Values of Nutritional Status in the Elderly,” “Survey Protocols for Weight Loss, Dehydration and Pressure Sores,” “The Nursing-Dietary Connection,” and more.

Annette is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the American Medical Directors Association. She has spoken to over 25 health care associations across the United States. She is the author of numerous healthcare education publications, including Prevention of Weight Loss in the Elderly, a home-study approved for continuing education hours by the ADA and CBDM, Nutrition Assessment: Laboratory Values, a home-study approved for continuing education hours, Accountability in the Food Service Department, The MDS 2.0 with Implications for Nutrition and Hydration, Care Planning for Nutrition Professionals in LTC, and more. She has also developed and markets easy-to-use Quick Guides for use in clinical practice.
